Engineered to be fully adjustable. Metal elements are lost wax cast in Rode Island from hand made masters, and hand finishing in house. The cord is hand braided with slots at regular intervals, a technique I developed for this piece, so that the hardware can be repositioned. Hand braided in house. The tan cord is pigmented rather than dyed and will fade to pale white or grey (based on your lifestyle) over time. The other colors are all very stable. The yarn from which the cords are braided is polyester, dyed, spun, and waxed here in Maine. All color options will stretch slightly over time.
